POLAR STAR ORDER CONFERRED UPON RUSSIAN NATIONAL
President of Mongolia Khaltmaagiin Battulga issued a decree on conferring the high state decoration—Polar Star Order upon Viktor S.Lobanov, a national of the Russian Federation, in recognition of his contribution to the strengthening of bilateral cooperation and friendly relations and the development of oil industry in Mongolia.
Following the recital of the presidential decree, Chief of Staff to the President Z.Enkhbold presented the Polar Star Order to its recipient.
Mr. Lobanov has worked in the oil industry for 37 years, gathering plenty of experience with training of young professionals. He has been living in Mongolia since 1997 when he was appointed the representative of Aeroflot in Mongolia.
