CHIEF JUDGES AND JUDGES OF PRIMARY AND APPELLATE COURTS APPOINTED
In accordance with the provisions in Section 1 of Article 9 and Section 16 of Article 12 of the Law on the President of Mongolia and Section 1 and Section 4 of Article 15 of the Law on the Legal Status of Judges, President of Mongolia Khaltmaagiin Battulga issued a decree on appointing chief judges and judges of primary and appellate courts on June 7.
President Battulga presented his decree and the badges to the newly appointed chief judges and judges and in the State Palace today.
