PRESIDENT SUSPENDS SOME CHIEF JUSTICES AND OTHER COURT JUDGES
President of Mongolia Khaltmaagiin Battulga issued a decree today on “Suspension of some chief justices and other court judges.”
The decree states:
In accordance to Section 1 of Article 9 of the Law on the President of Mongolia (to issue decrees), Clause 8 of Section 1 of Article 17 of the Law on Legal Status of Judges (NSC unanimous consent) and the Judicial General Council of Mongolia letter dated 26 June 2019 respectively, it is to decree:
Suspend judicial powers of 17 judges as per attachment.
