AMBASSADOR OF THE REPUBLIC OF KOREA PRESENTS HIS LETTER OF CREDENCE
The newly-appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Korea to Mongolia, Mr. Lee Yeo-hong, presented his letter of credence to President of Mongolia Khaltmaagiin Battulga today.
In this regard, President Battulga received Ambassador Lee Yeo-hong and congratulated him on the appointment.
At the meeting, the sides extensively discussed their views on celebrating the 30th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Mongolia and the Republic of Korea, which will fall next year, at a high level and in a productive manner, as well as supporting young entrepreneurs from the two countries.
For instance, President Battulga proposed the establishment of a business council for promoting connectivity between young entrepreneurs given the vast business opportunities in the spheres of agriculture and tourism in Mongolia and the advantage of know-how and technology in the Republic of Korea, while presenting documents of related studies and projects to the Ambassador. For his part, Ambassador Lee Yeo-hong expressed his gratitude for the warm welcome and readiness to make every effort towards developing bilateral relations to a new level, and in doing so, reflecting on the proposals made by President Battulga.
