HIS MAJESTY THE KING OF BHUTAN WILL PAY A STATE VISIT TO MONGOLIA
At the invitation of President of Mongolia Ukhnaa Khurelsukh, His Majesty Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck, King of Bhutan will pay a State Visit to Mongolia on July 8-15, 2024.
During the State Visit, His Excellency President Khurelsukh and His Majesty King Jigme will hold official talks and exchange views on expanding bilateral relations and cooperation between Mongolia and the Kingdom of Bhutan, and cooperation on the international and regional arenas. The two parties will also sign documents on strengthening the legal basis for the relations.
Furthermore, His Majesty Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck, King of Bhutan and the Royal Family will attend the National Naadam Festival and other ceremonial events as Guests of Honor.
This Visit will be the first state visit by King of Bhutan to Mongolia after the establishment of diplomatic relations between Mongolia and the Kingdom of Bhutan in 2012.
