President of Turkmenistan Arrives in Mongolia for a State Visit
At the invitation of President of Mongolia Khurelsukh Ukhnaa, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedow arrived in Mongolia on June 1, 2025, for a State Visit.
Minister of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia Battsetseg Batmunkh, non-resident Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mongolia to Turkmenistan Bayarkhuu Dorj, non-resident Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to Mongolia Durdyev Parakhat, and other officials greeted President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedow and the Turkmen delegation at the Buyant-Ukhaa International Airport of Mongolia.
During the first State Visit of the President of Turkmenistan to Mongolia, the two sides will sign intergovernmental and inter-agency documents to strengthen the legal foundation of bilateral relations, which would significantly contribute to the expansion and development of cooperation in trade, economy, light industry, science, education, culture, and health between the two countries.
Furthermore, a Mongolia-Turkmenistan Business Forum, a Turkmen handicrafts and carpet exhibition, a trade fair, and a joint cultural performance will be organized during the State Visit.
