{"id":3254,"slug":"presidential-decree-on-recalling-ambassador-was-invalidated","status":"publish","tags":[],"title":{"rendered":"PRESIDENTIAL DECREE ON RECALLING AMBASSADOR WAS INVALIDATED"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On July 26, according to the Article 34, Provision 2 of the Constitution of Mongolia, which stated \u201cIf a Presidential decree is incompatible with law, the President himself\/herself or the State Great Khural shall invalidate it\u201d, the President of Mongolia Khaltmaagiin Battulga has invalidated the Decree #176 which was issued by the President of Mongolia on July 6, 2017.
