President of Mongolia Khaltmaagiin Battulga issued a decree, basing on the proposal from the Committee on Organizing the National Festival \u2013 Naadam, on awarding the horse trainers who qualified for the respective titles with State Titles. The awardees are the horse trainers who claimed a great number of wins in national-level races thanks to their skillful training.<\/p>\n
President said in his speech at the ceremony, \u201cHappy Tsagaan Sar to all horse trainers who are playing an honorable role in passing down the great traditional cultural heritage to the next generations\u201d.<\/p>\n
\u201cConquering half of the world would have been impossible for the Mongols if it were not for the horses. Wise king Khubilai established an Equestrian Ministry in 1263, indicating the special importance attached to horses. The Equestrian Ministry made priceless contribution to strengthening the Mongolian army\u201d, said the President.<\/p>\n
