In accordance with Section 1 of Article 9 of the Constitution of Mongolia, Clause 4 of Section 6 of Article 46 of the Law on Prosecution, and Recommendation No. 10\/09 of the National Security Council, President of Mongolia Khaltmaagiin Battulga issued a decree on April 5th, on releasing Amgalanbaatar Bayaraa from the position of Deputy Prosecutor General of Mongolia.<\/p>\n
