President of Mongolia Khaltmaagiin Battulga notified Chairman of the State Great Khural G.Zandanshatar of his decision to fully withdraw from the reading stage his proposals for the bill on amending the Constitution as well as the Constitutional Amendment Bill, which he submitted, in an official letter today. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the official letter, the President mentioned that \u201cit was necessary to provide the citizens with an opportunity of choosing the form of government as provided in the Constitution and resolve the matter at once,\u201d and forwarded a draft Parliamentary Resolution on Conducting a Referendum that he formulated. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
