\u201cDistinguished teachers, students, and young\npeople,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A very good morning!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Within the framework of the Policy and Action\nPlan of the President of Mongolia, we have implemented several projects and\nsubprograms in scope of our Future of Mongolia Program, which aims to promote\nyouth development, increase recreational activities and instill patriotism in\nour young citizens. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

With due regard to the development of students\nand young people, we established an Adjunct Council on Youth Development in\n2018. Within its responsibility of the Council, the corresponding presidential\nadvisors met over 20 thousand pupils of 10-12th grade and over 16 thousand\nstudents in the 21 provinces of the country and nine districts of the capital\ncity in the course of the last two years and reported to me on the outcome of\nthese interactions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The most common request made by young people in\nour country was to help them learn English and increase their chances of\nworking while on summer vacation. Without a doubt, this request came from young\npeople who have felt the pulse of the time they are living in and have\nidentified their needs. Learning a foreign language, especially the English\nlanguage, will provide young people with a wide range of opportunities of\ngaining knowledge, idea, and information from the sea of information that is\nthe internet. Proficiency in English enables you to communicate with other in every\ncorner of the world. Therefore, learning English should be the goal and\nnecessity of every young person. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am pleased to inform you, students, of our\nplan to realize your requests of working while studying and earning small\nincome. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

An example is this event. So far, over 2,600\nstudents living in the 21 provinces and the nine districts of the capital city\ntook part in and were hired temporarily within the framework of our Working\nStudent Program to earn a total sum of salary and bonus worth MNT 530 million. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Youth for English Program has come to its\nconclusion after 21 days of learning. Upon the announcement of this program, we\nreceived 4,530 applications within four days. While studying, the participants\nof this program contributed to causes for the well-being of the society and did\nreal work. The participants of the program collected 4 tonnes of garbage along\nthe banks of River Tuul for a distance of 13.8 kilometer, in an act that\nencouraged the citizens. Congratulations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I would like to extend my gratitude to the universities, the media, and teachers who made this program possible with their support and cooperation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Let me also congratulate the young people who actively participated in the program and recharged themselves with a motivation for learning and advise them to continue with their studies!\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n
