“Ladies and Gentlemen! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Honored guests, delegates, and researchers! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On behalf of the President of Mongolia and\nCommander-in-Chief of the Mongolian Armed Forces and myself, I have the honor\nto thank and greet you for attending the scientific conference commemorating 80th\nanniversary of the Victory of Battles of Khalkhin Gol, which was an historic\nevent to strengthen Mongolia\u2019s independence, territorial integrity and\nimmunity. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mongolian-Soviet victory in Khalkhin Gol was a noble\nwar for the sake of well-being of humankind, and it strenghtened Mongolian-Soviet\nindependence and sovereignty. We shall not forget the role of the Russian\npeople and the heroic soldiers who sacrificed their lives at the front. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I would like to underline\nthe importance of organizing today\u2019s international conference based on this\nideology. One of the goals of today\u2019s conference is to launch research on concrete\nfacts, to have discussion among scientists and experts and to deliver it to\npublic besides being proud of our history of the last 80 years.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hence, I hope that today\u2019s\nconference will be fruitful and will solve many emerging issues for\nresearchers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We shall not forget the role of the Battles of Khalkhin\nGol in the late 1930s and its impact in strenghtening the independence and\nsoverignty of the Mongolian People\u2019s Republic. Therefore, efforts from you, scientists\nand experts, are essential in releasing concrete facts on the events on\nKhalkhin Gol, promoting it to the public and launching researches. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On behalf of the President of Mongolia and Office\nof the President, I have the honor to congratulate and bow to the Mongolian and\nSoviet heroes who defended Mongolia\u2019s independence and sovereignty with their\nlives and bloods and their families. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mongolian and Russian troops\nwho never came back from Khalkhin Gol in 1939 will always be memorized in the\nheart of Mongolians and in Khalkhin Gol. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Merit of troops from all\ngenerations who contributed to defend their country is still in the heart of\npeople and is getting celebrated even more. \nTherefore, our governments were always concerned on honoring and\nwelfares of veterans. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I would like to wish\nveterans to share their enormous experience with their descendants and be the\npillar for the state and the people and wish health, happiness and vivacity. Good\nluck for the conference. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
