{"id":7043,"slug":"hungarian-ambassador-presents-letter-of-credence","status":"publish","tags":[],"title":{"rendered":"HUNGARIAN AMBASSADOR PRESENTS LETTER OF CREDENCE"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Newly\naccredited Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Hungary Borbala Anna\nObrus\u00e1nszky&nbsp;(Ph.D.)\npresented her credentials to President of Mongolia Khaltmaagiin Battulga. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After\nthe presentation, the President welcomed Ambassador Obrus\u00e1nszky&nbsp;for a meeting. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the meeting, the dignitaries discussed about the possibilities to broaden the scope of cooperation in sectors of arts and culture, education, sports, agriculture, water management and business, which was discussed during the online meeting between President Battulga and Hungarian PM Viktor Orb\u00e1n, took place last month. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>For instance, the President highlighted the significance of completing the project on expansion of \u201cBiocombinat\u201d, implemented jointly by the two countries, and informed the Hungarian Ambassador that the project on 1,000km irrigation pipeline along the railroad being built in the Gobi region is ready to commence implementation, with necessary studies completed.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>They also exchanged views on introducing\nMongolia to the Hungarian approaches to promoting the development of the arts\nand culture sector. The President and the Ambassador agreed on the importance\nof continuing the grant of Hungarian government scholarships to 200 Mongolian students\neach year, and to include more students taking up majors in the mentioned\npriority sectors for cooperation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of\nHungary to Mongolia Borbala Anna Obrus\u00e1nszky&nbsp;expressed\nwillingness to hold a follow-up meeting at an earliest convenience for further\ndiscussion of the above-mentioned issues, to put them into action. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mongolia and Hungary are marking the 70<sup>th<\/sup> anniversary of diplomatic ties this year.
