{"id":7366,"slug":"meeting-with-the-director-general-of-the-world-health-organization","status":"publish","tags":[39],"title":{"rendered":"MEETING WITH THE DIRECTOR-GENERAL OF THE WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION"},"content":{"rendered":"<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">President of Mongolia Ukhnaagiin Khurelsukh received Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, Director-General of the World Health Organization (WHO) on July 10 in the State Palace.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">At the outset of the meeting, President Khurelsukh extended his greetings on the WHO\u2019s 75th anniversary and noted that the organization&#8217;s support, assistance, and cooperation played an important role in overcoming the challenging period of the pandemic with minimum damage.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Moreover, the President expressed his commitment to deepening cooperation with the WHO within the scope of the national campaigns, namely \u201cHealthy Mongolian\u201d, \u201cOne Billion Trees\u201d, and \u201cFood Supply and Safety\u201d, while affirming support for the WHO\u2019s \u201cHealth for All\u201d goal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">For his part, WHO Director-General Dr. Tedros A. Ghebreyesus emphasized Mongolia\u2019s prompt measures in immunizing its citizens in a short period of time to overcome the pandemic with less damage.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dr. Tedros A.
