{"id":7826,"slug":"meeting-with-viola-amherd-president-of-the-swiff-confederation","status":"publish","tags":[39],"title":{"rendered":"MEETING WITH VIOLA AMHERD, PRESIDENT OF THE SWIFF CONFEDERATION"},"content":{"rendered":"<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">At the invitation of President of Mongolia Ukhnaa Khurelsukh, President of the Swiss Confederation Viola Amherd is paying a State Visit to Mongolia on August 2-4, 2024.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On August 2, 2024, President of Mongolia Ukhnaa Khurelsukh and President of the Swiss Confederation Viola Amherd held a meeting in the State Palace.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">At the meeting, the two Presidents expressed mutual satisfaction with the expanding friendly relations between Mongolia and the Swiss Confederation, based on democratic values, such as human rights, freedom, and the rule of law, in politics, trade, economy, investment, culture, education, and humanity.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">President Khurelsukh noted that the Swiss side has consistently supported Mongolia&#8217;s transition to democracy and a market economy and implemented numerous projects and programs in many areas of cooperation to strengthen Mongolia\u2019s democratic governance.
