Mohammed, who is on a visit to Mongolia to participate in the World Women\u2019s Forum in Ulaanbaatar.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The two sides concurred that the World Women\u2019s Forum in Ulaanbaatar manifests the efforts and aspirations of the international community towards promoting gender equality, women&#8217;s rights, and achieving sustainable development.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">At the meeting, President of Mongolia Ukhnaa Khurelsukh and UN Deputy Secretary-General Amina J. Mohammed discussed Mongolia-United Nations relations and cooperation. The two sides exchanged views on consolidating the achievements of the past 60 years of relations and cooperation, as well as ways to enrich them with new content.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">President Khurelsukh noted that Mongolia prioritizes its relations and cooperation with the United Nations and has been striving to contribute to efforts to address global challenges within the framework of the UN. The President also affirmed the country&#8217;s commitment to closely cooperating with the UN in increasing the efficiency of Mongolia\u2019s initiatives.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Deputy Secretary General of the United Nations A. Mohammed expressed her high appreciation for Mongolia&#8217;s contributions to resolving regional and international challenges, UN development, and peacekeeping activities.
