At the invitation of President of Mongolia Khurelsukh Ukhnaa, Federal President of the Republic of Austria Alexander Van der Bellen is paying a State Visit to Mongolia.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

During the State Visit, Federal President of the Republic of Austria Alexander Van der Bellen and First Lady Doris Schmidauer visited the Chinggis Khaan National Museum of Mongolia on May 26, 2025.<\/p>\n

Minister of Culture, Sports, Tourism, and Youth of Mongolia Nomin Chinbat and Academician and Honored Scientist of Mongolia Chuluun Sampildondov, Director of the Chinggis Khaan National Museum of Mongolia, welcomed Federal President Van der Bellen and the Austrian delegation at the Chinggis Khaan National Museum of Mongolia. Minister Nomin Chinbat and Dr. Chuluun Sampildondov guided the honored guests through the museum\u2019s Hall of Mongolian Ancient Empire, Hall of Great Mongol Empire, and \u201cSilver Tree\u201d Hall. During the visit, an official copy of the Decree of Tumur Khutlug Khan, preserved at the Austrian National Library, was specially displayed.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Federal President Alexander Van der Bellen and First Lady Doris Schmidauer observed the Golden Statue of Chinggis Khaan in the the Great Khaan’s Urgoo [the Royal Chamber] and signed the Book of Honored Guests, writing a memorable entry.<\/p>\n
