NAADAM FESTIVITY CONCLUDES
On the occasion of the 2226th anniversary of the Statehood of Mongolia, the 811th anniversary of the Great Mongol Empire, the 106th anniversary of restoring the national freedom and independence, and the 96th anniversary of the People’s Revolution of Mongolia the national Naadam Festivity has successfully been held on Wednesday.
During the Festivity, the President of Mongolia Khaltmaagiin Battulga issued his Decree to award the outstanding archers, horse riders and the wrestlers who won their respective games. The President handed over the rank of the State Lion to the winner of the national wrestling tournament Ts.Sodnomdorj. Wrestler U.Bat-Orshikh was runner-up and became the State Garuda.
Then, President Battulga officially closed this year’s Naadam Festivity with his remarks.
