PRESIDENT OF MONGOLIA KH.BATTULGA SENDS CONGRATULATORY LETTER TO RUSSIAN COUNTERPART V.V.PUTIN
President of Mongolia Khaltmaagiin Battulga has sent a letter to congratulate President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin on his inauguration and start of his duties as the head of state.
The letter reads:

I extend my heartfelt congratulations on Your inauguration and commencement of Your duties as the President of the Russian Federation.
I am confident that Your excellency will open a new page in the strategic partnership between Mongolia and Russia, while living up to the great trust bestowed upon You by the people of Russia and upgrading social and economic development of Your country.
Our two peoples have a history of overcoming the burdens shoulder-to-shoulder through the years of the Great Patriotic War. In anticipation of the 73rd anniversary of the Great Victory, I would like to extend my greetings to You and the Russian people.
