PRIME MINISTER PAYS COURTESY CALL ON PRESIDENT
President of Mongolia Khaltmaagiin Battulga received Prime Minister Ukhnaagiin Khurelsukh today, after his appointment by the Parliament. The President congratulated the head of cabinet for being re-appointed.
The head of state expressed his concern over current state of the economy, and instructed the Prime Minister to maintain the people’s trust.
The Prime Minister presented a Proposal on Consent to the Cabinet Composition to President Battulga, in pursuance of the 39.3 of the Constitution of Mongolia.
At the parliamentary session convened prior to the meeting, Chief of Staff of the President’s Office U.Shijir presented the President’s Proposal on appointing the Prime Minister.
