On July 19, Chief of Staff of the President Z.Enkhbold issued a letter of proposal on consultation to recall some Ambassadors and submitted to the Speaker of the Parliament M.Enkhbold. The letter stated: “According to the Provision 5, part 1, Article 33 of the Constitution of Mongolia, the President of Mongolia is proposing to discuss with the Parliament of Mongolia issues on recalling the Ambassador to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland S.Bayar and the Ambassador to the Kingdom of Sweden M.Enkhsaikhan”.
