MEETING WITH CULTURAL ENVOYS OF MONGOLIA
Today, President of Mongolia Khaltmaagiin Battulga received cultural figures who were appointed as cultural envoys of Mongolia.
The cultural envoys, reputed social and cultural figures of Mongolian and foreign nationalities, work toward promoting the history, culture, arts, heritage, tourism, and social and economic developments of Mongolia abroad. The Cultural Envoys of Mongolia are holding their first meeting in Ulaanbaatar.
The Cultural Envoys who came to Ulaanbaatar to attend the meeting met President Battulga to strengthen their ties and cooperation.
At the beginning of the meeting, President Battulga expressed his gratitude to the Cultural Envoys who are honorably fulfilling their highly responsible and reputable duties and promoting Mongolia abroad through their accomplishments and works.
President Battulga asked the Cultural Envoys to keep abreast of the social, economic, and cultural developments in Mongolia, work closely with government and non-government organizations, and align their ideas, objectives, and activities with the government policy. The President also addressed Mongolia’s policy on tourism and culture and had a detailed discussion with the Cultural Envoys in this regard.
The Cultural Envoys appreciated their step toward gaining universal information and improving their correspondence and pledged to work diligently toward promoting Mongolian culture and heritage.
