MEETING WITH MONGOLIANS LIVING IN THE UNITED STATES
President of Mongolia Khaltmaagiin Battulga, who is paying a visit to the United States, met Mongolians studying and living in the country at the Embassy of Mongolia in Washington, D.C. on July 31.
As of today, over 30 thousand Mongolians live in about 200 cities across the country, including about 6,000 people in Washington, D.C., about 8,000 people in Chicago, about 2,000 people in Los Angeles, about 4,000 people in San Francisco, and about 1,500 people in Seattle.
Moreover, 58 associations and NGOs formed by Mongolians are active in the United States. Over 180 Mongolians representing these organizations participated in the meeting with the President.
