OFFICIAL WELCOMING CEREMONY HELD FOR THE PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION
President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin is paying an official visit to Mongolia on September 2-3, 2024.
On September 3, 2024, President of Mongolia Ukhnaa Khurelsukh welcomed President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin on the Sukhbaatar Square. Upon a report of the Commander of the State Honor Guard, the National Anthems of the two countries were performed. The two Presidents paid tribute to the State Ceremonial White Military Banner, and President Vladimir Putin greeted the State Honor Guard of Mongolia. The two Heads of State greeted the Mongolian and Russian state and government officials.
Then, the two Presidents paid tribute to the statue of the Great Emperor Chinggis Khaan. Following the Welcoming Ceremony, President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin signed the Book of Honored Guests at the State Palace of Mongolia.
