President of Mongolia Khaltmaagiin Battulga was welcomed today by Plenipotentiary Envoy of the Russian President V.V.Putin to the Far Eastern Federal District I.E.Levitin, Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs of Russia V.V.Morgulov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to Mongolia I.K.Azizov and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mongolia to the Russian Federation B.Delgermaa along with other related officials at international airport of city of Vladivostok, Russia.
The Eastern Economic Forum is being organized for the third consecutive year as initiated by Vladimir Putin, the President of Russia. Heads of states and governments, including President of Mongolia Khaltmaagiin Battulga, President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, President of the Republic of Korea Moon Jae-in and Prime Minister of Japan Shinzo Abe are taking part in this year’s forum. Other participants are the official delegations from China, India, Vietnam and Indonesia, as well as over 3,000 representatives from businesses in Northeast Asia, the Pacific, the US, Canada and other countries.
During EEF, President Battulga is set to have meetings with President of Russia V.Putin, President of the Republic of Korea Moon Jae-in and Prime Minister of Japan Shinzo Abe.
The President of Mongolia is accompanied by Minister for Road and Transport Development D.Ganbat, Chief of Staff of the Office of the President Z.Enkhbold, Vice Minister for Foreign Affairs B.Battsetseg and other associated officials.
