PRESIDENT VIEWS STUDENTS’ CALLIGRAPHY WORKS AND PRESENTS AWARDS
In anticipation of the Anniversary of Chinggis Khaan–National Pride Day, the ‘Script of Eternal Sky–2018’ international calligraphy exhibition at the initiative of the President of Mongolia is being held on November 5th-9th.
This morning, President of Mongolia Khaltmaagiin Battulga viewed calligraphy pieces of adult participants of the ‘Script of Eternal Sky’ exhibition which are on display at the National Modern Arts Gallery. Afterwards, the President viewed students’ works showcased at the Junior Center for Creative Arts.
The student category brought together 123 participants, including 104 from Mongolia, 3 from the Republic of Kalmykia, Russia, and 16 from the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, China.
During the opening ceremony, President Battulga delivered remarks and presented awards to the best calligraphers.
