CREDENTIALS PRESENTED BY NON-RESIDENT AMBASSADORS OF NIGER, GHANA, CHILE, AND CYPRUS
Today, President of Mongolia Khaltmaagiin Battulga accepted letters of credence presented by non-resident ambassadors of the Republic of Niger, the Republic of Ghana, the Republic of Chile, and the Republic of Cyprus to Mongolia.
In this regard, President Battulga received the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Niger to Mongolia, Mr. Inoussa Moustapha, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Ghana to Mongolia, Mr. Edward Boateng, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Chile to Mongolia, Mr. Luis Schmidt Montes, and the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Cyprus to Mongolia, Mr. Antonis Toumazis.
At the beginning of the meeting, the ambassadors expressed their appreciation of the ceremonious welcome for the acceptance of their credentials and their commitment to strengthening bilateral relations on all levels.
While welcoming the non-resident ambassadors who are stationed in Beijing, China, President Battulga invited them to frequently visit Mongolia and stressed the importance of their efforts in broadening bilateral social and economic ties and people-to-people relations. The President and the ambassadors exchanged views on development of mutually beneficial cooperation and some ongoing projects and programs.
