POLAR STAR ORDER CONFERRED UPON CONSUL AND COUNSELLOR OF THE CZECH EMBASSY
President of Mongolia Khaltmaagiin Battulga issued a decree on awarding Václav Dobeš, Consul and Counsellor of the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Mongolia, with the high state decoration of Mongolia—Polar Star Order.
Deputy Chief of Staff to the President of Mongolia G.Baigalmaa presented the award at the State Palace today.
The Polar Star Order was conferred upon Mr. Dobeš, citizen of the Czech Republic, in recognition of his invaluable contribution to bilateral cooperation in sports, particularly the development of judo. Over the years, Mr. Dobeš has continuously supported Mongolian athletes by facilitating opportunities to hold joint trainings and helping them participate in international competitions that are held in the Czech Republic.
