DEPUTY PROSECUTOR GENERAL RELEASED FROM DUTY
In accordance with Section 1 of Article 9 of the Constitution of Mongolia, Clause 4 of Section 6 of Article 46 of the Law on Prosecution, and Recommendation No. 10/09 of the National Security Council, President of Mongolia Khaltmaagiin Battulga issued a decree on April 5th, on releasing Amgalanbaatar Bayaraa from the position of Deputy Prosecutor General of Mongolia.
Chief of Staff to the President Z.Enkhbold introduced the presidential decree to the staff members of the Office of the Prosecutor General.
