MEETING WITH FAMILY MEMBERS OF THE LEADERS OF THE MONGOLIAN ARMY IN THE BATTLES OF KHALKHIN GOL
Chief of Staff to the President of Mongolia Z.Enkhbold met family members of the leaders of the Mongolian Army Group that fought in the Battles of Khalkhin Gol, including Ch.Khulan, niece of Marshal Kh.Choibalsan, L.Lkhagva, son of Colonel General L.Lkhagvasuren, R.Bayar, son of Colonel General S.Ravdan, R.Oyun, daughter of Colonel General S.Ravdan, and Asgalt, nephew of Hero of the Mongolian People’s Republic L.Dandar, today.
The agenda of the meeting focused on the importance of clarifying the historical facts behind the Battles of Khalkhin Gol based on first-hand testimony of living witnesses for the younger generation.
