NAADAM GREETINGS OF EMMANUEL MACRON, PRESIDENT OF FRANCE
On the occasion of Naadam festivity, President of France Emmanuel Macron has sent a letter to President of Mongolia Khaltmaagiin Battulga.
“Mr. President,
On the occasion of the Mongolian national festivity Naadam, let me extend sincere congratulations to You on behalf of the people of France.
France attaches great importance to the strengthening of its relations with Mongolia, a special partner in Asia. Our two countries have shared values of democracy and government under the rule of law, and multilateral relations, which lay the foundation for bilateral cooperation.
In the economic sector, there are wide opportunities of cooperation in a number of areas that are crucial to the development of your country. Specifically, energy, agriculture, space studies, aeronautics and health areas can be named. Successful implementation of the industrial projects of Orano Group, which started its operations in Mongolia 20 years ago, will be an expression, on one hand, of the years that have held our two countries together, and on the other hand, that we can work together on large-scale projects.
I would like to emphasize that there are numerous other areas that are highly beneficial for the development of bilateral ties, including civil protection, disaster management, governance issues and justice. Our relations are deepened by strong people-to-people bond and cultural exchange.
I have no doubt that we can join hands to broaden our relations and cooperation in all the above-mentioned areas.
