OFFICIAL LETTER ON DISMISSAL OF THE CHIEF OF THE CIVIL SERVICE COUNCIL SENT
Today, President of Mongolia Khaltmaagiin Battulga sent an official letter to Chairman of the State Great Khural M.Enkhbold. The official letter carries a proposal on dismissing the Chief of the Civil Service Council on moral ground of failure to carry out the Council’s duties and administer the Council effectively.
In the official letter, President Battulga named the full powers of the Civil Service Council, as written in the Law of Mongolia on Civil Service, and cited several existing problems that were caused by the Council’s incompetence in regard to the appointment of officials on leadership positions.
