PRESIDENT ATTENDING THE 12TH ASEM SUMMIT
The 12th Asia-Europe Meeting (ASEM) summit officially commenced on October 18th in Brussels, Belgium. Upon his arrival at the venue, the Europa Building, President of Mongolia Khaltmaagiin Battulga was welcomed by Donald Tusk, President of the European Council, and Jean-Claude Juncker, President of the European Commission to the summit.
On this day, President Battulga addressed the opening session of the summit and held bilateral meetings with Angela Merkel, Chancellor of Germany, Nguyen Xuan Phuc, Prime Minister of Vietnam, and Leo Eric Varadkar, Prime Minister of Ireland.
