PRESIDENT CONFERS STATE TITLES, ORDERS, AND MEDALS
On the occasion of the 2228th anniversary of the Statehood, the 813th anniversary of the Great Mongol Empire, the 108th anniversary of the Restoration of National Freedom and Independence, the 98th anniversary of the People’s Revolution, the 30th anniversary of the Democratic Revolution, and the Mongolian traditional celebration of Lunar New Year–Tsagaan Sar, President of Mongolia Khaltmaagiin Battulga issued a decree and conferred state titles, orders, and medals to distinguished personalities who dedicated many years of their lives to the fields of education, culture and arts, sports, health, science, energy, agriculture, and public service.
President Battulga presented the awards at a ceremony held today in the Chamber of Nine White Banners of the State Palace.
State titles and orders, including “People’s Teacher”, “Honored Industrial Worker”, “State Honored Construction Worker”, “State Honored Artist”, “Honored Herdsman”, “Honored Teacher”, “Honored Miner”, “Honored Cultural Figure”, “Honored Art Figure”, “Honored Medical Doctor”, and “Honored Economist” were presented.
After presenting the awards, President Battulga congratulated the recipients on their commendable achievements and wished them success and prosperity.
