DEPUTY PROSECUTORS GENERAL APPOINTED
During its plenary session on April 18, the Parliament discussed and approved a proposal on the appointment of Chinbat Maksim and Alimantsetseg Sodon to the position of the Deputy Prosecutor General of Mongolia, which was forwarded for consultation by the President.
Therefore, in accordance with Section 2 of Article 56 of the Constitution of Mongolia and Section 2 of Article 46 of the Law on Prosecution, President of Mongolia Khaltmaagiin Battulga issued a decree on appointing M.Chinbat and S.Alimantsetseg as Deputy Prosecutors General of Mongolia.
