PRESIDENT VETOES AMENDMENT TO THE GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE LAW
Based on provisions in the Clause 1 of Section 1 of Article 33 of the Constitution of Mongolia and the Section 8 of Article 12 of the Law on the President of Mongolia, President Khaltmaagiin Battulga put a veto on the Amendment to the General Administrative Law of Mongolia on May 30.
An official letter carrying the veto was forwarded to Chairman of the State Great Khural G.Zandanshatar.
The bill on Amendment to the General Administrative Law of Mongolia was adopted by the Parliament on May 9, 2019, and forwarded to the Office of the President on May 24, 2019.
