TELEVISED LESSON DEDICATED TO THE START OF 2019-2020 ACADEMIC YEAR
On the occasion of the start of the new academic year of 2019-2020, President of Mongolia Khaltmaagiin Battulga released a televised lesson with a theme on our homeland, independence, the Mongolian language and culture.
Given that the start of the new academic year coincides with the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Battles of Khalkhin Gol, President Battulga started his lesson with a light on the concept of homeland, saying that harmony of history and tradition as well as language and culture was one of the core pillars defining the notion of homeland. The President reminded the children of the need for national development and educated, patriotic, and moral citizens in order to retain our freedom and independence in the times to come and discussed this theme during the lesson.
