FINALISTS OF ‘HISTORY OF MONGOLIA – MONGOLIAN PRIDE’ ESSAY COMPETITION AWARDED
On the occasion of the birth anniversary of the Great Chinggis Khaan and the 108th anniversary of the Restoration of National Freedom and Independence, the Office of the President of Mongolia in cooperation with the National University of Mongolia organized an essay competition themed ‘History of Mongolia – Mongolian Pride’.
The competition took place through three stages of selection between November 15 and December 29, 2019, engaging the 12th graders of general education schools nationwide. The third stage challenged 36 students selected from 21 provinces of the country and 9 districts of the capital city on a topic ‘The Lessons We Learnt from our History’. The 9 finalists from the third stage received their awards from President of Mongolia Khaltmaagiin Battulga today.
