PRESIDENT BATTULGA PROPOSES TO PRODUCE “SPUTNIK V” VACCINE IN MONGOLIA
President of Mongolia Khaltmaagiin Battulga welcomed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to Mongolia I.K.Azizov for a meeting.
President Battulga suggested that the two countries should celebrate the 100th anniversary of diplomatic ties in a constructive manner.
Underlining that Mongolia is capable of manufacturing coronavirus vaccine, the President asked the Ambassador to convey to Kremlin his proposal for cooperation on looking into the possibilities to manufacture “Sputnik V” vaccine in Mongolia.
Ambassador I.K.Azizov stated he would promptly convey the cooperation proposal and expect an immediate response.
