INAUGURATION CEREMONY APPROACHES
The 8th Presidential Election took place on June 9th, 2021, and ended with victory of Ukhnaagiin Khurelsukh, the candidate from the Mongolian People’s Party, with majority vote of 67.69 percent.
The result of the presidential election was confirmed by the State Great Khural at June 11th session, and adopted a law unanimously ratifying the full rights of the President-elect Ukhnaagiin Khurelsukh.
In accordance with the law on Ratification of the Full Rights of the President of Mongolia, the inauguration ceremony is to be held at 11.40 am, June 25th, 2021.
