AMBASSADOR OF THE REPUBLIC OF KOREA PRESENTS CREDENTIALS
On May 27, 2024, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Korea to Mongolia Choi Jin-won presented his Letter of Credence to President of Mongolia Ukhnaa Khurelsukh.
President Khurelsukh congratulated and wished success to Ambassador Choi Jin-won on his appointment. The President expressed satisfaction with the deepening bilateral relations and cooperation between Mongolia and the Republic of Korea in all areas under the “Strategic Partnership.”
The President of Mongolia expressed confidence that the newly appointed Ambassador would exert every effort to elevate cooperation in trade, investment, and the economy, particularly to establish an Economic Partnership Agreement and create favorable travel conditions for citizens of the two countries.
Ambassador Choi Jin-won expressed his pleasure with returning to Mongolia in the capacity of an Ambassador and noted his commitment to prioritizing the fostering of concrete economic cooperation between the two countries and facilitating travel conditions for their citizens.
