COOPERATION DOCUMENTS SIGNED BETWEEN MONGOLIA AND BELARUS
Following the official talks, President of Mongolia Khurelsukh Ukhnaa and President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Grigoryevich Lukashenko signed an Agreement on Friendly Relations and Cooperation between Mongolia and the Republic of Belarus on June 3, 2024.
The Agreement on Friendly Relations and Cooperation is a principal document that defines the basis of traditional friendly relations between the two countries. This Agreement will bring bilateral cooperation to a new level and expand relations in the political, economic, social, cultural, and other sectors.
Also, the following documents were signed between the Governments of the two countries and other pertinent agencies and organizations:
- Cooperation Roadmap between Mongolia and the Republic of Belarus for 2024-2026,
- Agreement between the Government of Mongolia and the Government of the Republic of Belarus on the Mutual Recognition of Educational Documents,
- Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Justice and Home Affairs of Mongolia and the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus on the Reciprocal Recognition and Exchange of Driving Licenses,
- Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation between the National Emergency Management Agency of Mongolia and the Ministry of Emergencies of the Republic of Belarus,
- Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation between the Ministry of Justice and Home Affairs of Mongolia and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus,
- Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation between the Intellectual Property Office of Mongolia and the National Center of Intellectual Property of the Republic of Belarus,
- Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation between the National Security Council of Mongolia and the State Secretariat of the Security Council of the Republic of Belarus,
- Agreement between the Mongolian Academy of Sciences and the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of the Republic of Belarus on Cooperation in Science and Technology,
- Agreement between the Ministry of Education and Science of Mongolia and the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Belarus on Cooperation in Science and Technology,
- Cooperation Roadmap in Education between the Ministry of Education and Science of Mongolia and the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus,
- Cooperation Roadmap in Agriculture,
- Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Environment and Tourism of Mongolia and the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus on Cooperation in Environmental Protection,
- Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Environment and Tourism of Mongolia and the Ministry of Sports and Tourism of the Republic of Belarus on Cooperation in Tourism.
