AMBASSADOR OF FRANCE PRESENTS LETTER OF CREDENCE
Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the French Republic to Mongolia Corinne Pereira Da Silva presented her Letter of Credence to President of Mongolia Ukhnaa Khurelsukh on September 18, 2024.
President Khurelsukh highlighted the long-standing history of Mongolian-French relations, noting the active progress in recent years. The President expressed confidence that bilateral relations would reach the level of a strategic partnership.
President Khurelsukh reaffirmed his belief that the key projects and programs discussed during last year’s State Visit of President of the French Republic to Mongolia, the State Visit of President of Mongolia to France, and the meeting between the Heads of State in Paris in July 2024 would be successfully implemented.
The President expressed confidence that next year’s celebration of the 60th anniversary of diplomatic relations would be marked with grand ceremonies and wide-reaching events.
President Khurelsukh emphasized his confidence that bilateral relations between the two countries would be enriched with economic content and cooperation in education, culture, and people-to-people ties would further expand.
Ambassador Corinne Pereira Da Silva underlined that cooperation between Mongolia and France is at an all-time high in the history of bilateral relations. The Ambassador expressed her commitment to continuing efforts to strengthen cooperation in all sectors.
