President of Mongolia Khurelsukh Ukhnaa Meets President of Montenegro Jakov Milatović
President of Mongolia Khurelsukh Ukhnaa met with President of Montenegro Milatović Jakov on the sidelines of the 80th session of the United Nations General Assembly to discuss bilateral relations and cooperation.
During the meeting, the two sides emphasized the steady growth of traditional friendly relations between Mongolia and Montenegro and discussed plans to commemorate the 20th anniversary of diplomatic ties in 2026 with a grand and comprehensive celebration.
They also discussed opportunities to expand cooperation in politics, economy, tourism, education, and culture, expressing interest in working together within the international community on issues such as climate change and combating desertification.
President Milatović Jakov expressed his intention to visit Mongolia, and the two sides agreed to determine the timing of the visit through diplomatic channels in the near future.
